Sterling Herron

Founder of OMNIVOYCE

Sterling Herron is the founder of OMNIVOYCE and the primary speaker for all live events and communication courses it hosts. He has worked as a professional development coach and sales expert for over 10 years teaching communication and sales training to individuals and organizations across state lines. He has personally sold tens of millions of dollars in volume in the fields of property and casualty insurance as well as residential and commercial real estate during the life of his career. With a background in general business and financial education, Sterling found his passion for helping entrepreneurs and business succeed in varying industries by helping to develop personal skills in business communication.

Sterling got his start in the field of sales as a licensed property and casualty insurance agent in 2013. While working as an insurance agent, he began learning and teaching financial education courses with a focus on debt consolidation and mitigation. After a few years, he traded in his career as an insurance agent for a real estate license in the state of AZ. Two years later he was licensed in CA, and began selling across the two states while co-owning and managing an office of 7 agents located in San Diego County.

 

During his time in leadership positions across multiple companies, Sterling developed a passion for coaching young entrepreneurs in the fields of sales and communication. Through careful study and personal experience, he found success in sales and business to be directly related to relationships and one's ability to foster friendships with others. Attributed to knowledge from sources such as "How to Win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie, and attendance to live trainings and seminars regarding communication and presentation skills, Sterling tailored his coaching tactics to helping others better themselves in the area of human interaction.

 

This newfound interest in how one's understanding of human nature, ability to recognize people's personalities and tendencies, and knowledge regarding how best to relate to others on a personal level can impact an individual's success rate in sales became the focal point of Sterling's lectures. This passion lead to a feeling of purpose in sharing the knowledge he had acquired with business owners, entrepreneurs and workers around the world looking to better themselves in their industries. With that newly discovered purpose, OMNIVOYCE was born. An organization with a singular objective to help provide professional development courses, both online and in person, to equip individuals with the skills necessary to have confidence when interacting with clients, co-workers and other professionals in their line of work.
